You sell on Rozetka and keep the accounting in 1С/BAS. The price list is exported by hand, orders are copied from the seller cabinet, and the waybill number is typed in twice. Rozetka describes its seller interface as a way to connect the seller's accounting system with the marketplace, and 1С/BAS lets outside systems read and create its data, so the 1С/BAS ↔ Rozetka pair publishes prices and stock from 1С/BAS as a price list Rozetka reads on its own, brings orders into 1С/BAS and returns statuses and the waybill number to Rozetka. Rozetka reads the price list and refreshes prices, availability and quantities on its own hourly schedule, so a change in 1С/BAS is not visible on the marketplace instantly. New products are not added by the automatic update: they are created in the seller cabinet or in the price list first. Product and category codes and the price list address must not change after publishing. An access key that is not used for more than a day becomes inactive, so the exchange keeps it alive by working regularly. Stock control remains the seller's responsibility under Rozetka's rules. 1С/BAS is on the official prohibited software list: we do not take projects for state bodies, critical infrastructure or systems with state data, and with private businesses we discuss the risk openly.
